Dispatch & Delivery
Most items within The Decal Stand range will have their own unique dispatching times displayed within the item descriptions. Please note we aim to dispatch within thee timeframes however depending on how busy we are, items may take a little longer to dispatch. Once dispatched, your item should arrive within the postal service timescales on which you paid for at checkout. The Decal Stand is not responsible for any postal delays as these are not within our control, however we will try and assist you where possible if yo are experiencing delays. Any tracking codes will be provided by email once we dispatch your item. Please note you will only get a tracking code for your order if you have paid for this service.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All items from The Decal Stand are non-refundable as all items are made to order. Please make sure you fill out all information correctly placing your order as this can not be amended after. Orders cannot be cancelled once paid for due to being made to order. A refund or exchange is enable in the event of any faulty or incorrect items received by the customer from The Decal Stand.
Payments
All cards are authorised and charged when order is placed unless a different payment method has been selected. If paying by bank transfer, your order will not be started until full payment is received.
Click & Collect
Please only collect your items once you have received an email or phone call stating your order is ready for collection. If you attend before receiving this email or phone call you will not be able t collect your items as they will not ready. Click & Collect is only available Mon-Fri 10:00-14:00. The Decal Stand may be able to deliver your items to you if these times are not suitable.
